*1:1 coaching is billed monthly for a minimum of 5 months and then goes to a month-to-month contract. It requires a 14 day written email notice to pause or cancel coaching. Race Ready and Customized Plans are paid in full at the beginning and the cost shown is what it averages out to when you divide the months of the service.
