Talks with Coach Tammy are 50 minute, action-oriented coaching calls that provide you with a specific plan that you can immediately implement to address your training questions + concerns. They are 100% tailored to your individual needs, data, and questions.
You’ll leave with a clear path forward in training and in your running journey in less than an hour and a feeling of relief that you didn’t need to figure it all out on your own.
How It works

Coach Tammy has over 10 years of run coaching experience with a variety of runners, however, she is strongest at coaching novice-intermediate marathoners [and half marathoners]; runners who average less than 50 miles per week; and non-elite runners. The investment for a Talk with Coach Tammy is $149
Calls are done via Zoom and you can request for the meeting to be recorded at the start of the call so you can refer back to it later
A call lasts 50 minutes
Don’t worry about the time zone - the calendar availability will default to your current time zone when you’re scheduling a call
Make sure you complete the intake form + send any relevant data before your call, so Coach Tammy can adequately prepare for the call and you can get the most of the 50 minutes
