Chicago distance series training program
This training program is designed for non-elite runners who are running the Chicago Distance Series.
If you want to run the Series successfully for the first time OR you want to run faster for the races than you have in the past, this program is for you.
Registration re-opens Monday, March 16th to train for the two biggest races in the Series - Chicago 13.1 and Chicago Marathon. Join the waitlist to be notified when it opens and receive any special discounts + bonuses!
Race ready training program
This training program is designed for novice-intermediate runners who are training for a half marathon or a marathon.
In addition to a 12 or 18 week customized plan for your goal race, you’ll have get regular individualized feedback on your training, as well as Coach Tammy guiding you through proper pacing, fueling, navigating challenges, and more, to ensure you are prepared to race your best.
Registration will be opening in May for anyone training for a Fall 2026 marathon.
customized training plans
This is for the runner who wants something a little more customized than a PDF training plan, but doesn’t need the ongoing coaching aspect. Plans have customized paces for your current fitness level, progress you at an appropriate pace to build fitness while minimizing injuries, and allow you to select the number of days of running you want.
Customized training plans are currently available for the half marathon and marathon distances and utilize the V.02 training platform/app, which syncs with Garmin, Coros, Strava, and Apple watches.
1:1 Run coaching
Working 1:1 with a running coach can help bring your running to the next level, no matter your goals. With a 100% customized plan, a coach takes the guesswork out of training, gives you a set of expert eyes on your workouts, helps you navigate challenges during training with confidence, and is there to support + cheer for you throughout it all.
If you are looking to achieve a new PR, want to break out of a running plateau, are training for your first marathon, or you’re just ready to hand over the planning to someone else, 1:1 run coaching may be a good fit for you.
There is currently a waitlist for 1:1 coaching. A few spots are likely to open in April/May.

These 50 minute coaching calls are an opportunity to receive an expert eye on your data and receive tailored support for your most pressing training questions + concerns.
These calls are great for athletes who don’t want to commit to ongoing coaching, but want to pick a coach’s brain about training + adjustments, setting race goals + strategy, or anything else that’s on your mind.
